Set "Paint Style" in Stroke effect to "Reveal Original Image" - that will draw your image. Layers must be Alpha Add so there are no gaps between separeted parts. Render as a .mov file for QuickTime and use RGB+Alpha channel settings for transparent background. And for the spin rotation of (eg) 4 copies, just move anchor point somewhere to the corner of particular layer and rotate them 360/n, n = number of layers which you want to spin around.
