I have tested three differnt hdmi leads and two different Xboxes and all result in flickering. severaleople have complained about the flickering and Panasonic deny there is a problem. Update: the part I had replaced is "part number: TXN/A1EBUB Description: Circuit board A" So Far seems to be working to spec, I am still testing. I have heard of others having the part replaced and still continuing to have the same problems, Iwould suggest you demand either a working replacement or a full refund.
